Cross-Organization Compose
With the Personal Workspace update, you can compose an email from any email account in any organization:
- In the compose modal, the "From" selector shows all your accounts grouped by organization
- Each group displays the organization icon (🏠 personal, 🏢 business)
- Select the account you want to send from
⚠️ The email will be sent from the selected account, not from the active organization. Double-check the sender before sending.
Multi-Organization View
The Webabox displays organization tabs above the message list:
| Tab | Behavior |
|---|
| All | Shows messages from all your organizations |
| [Org name] | Filters by specific organization |
💡 Switching tabs in the Webabox only filters the view — it does NOT change the active organization.
Use Cases
Daily Email Management
- Open the Webabox each morning
- Start with the Screener to sort new senders
- Move to Focus to handle priority messages
- Use Snooze to postpone non-urgent messages
- Check Ongoing for regular conversations

WEBA Classification — The 12 WebaBox Snapshot Cards
WEBA automatically classifies each incoming email into one of the 12 snapshot cards. This intelligent system uses advanced rules and AI to sort your emails by priority and type.
Auto-classified Cards (AI + Rules)
| Card | Icon | Description | Action Required |
|---|
| Urgent | 🔥 | Immediate action required. Deadlines ≤ 24h, legal/financial emergencies, final notices, critical clients. | Immediate |
| Important | ⭐ | Action within 1-7 days. Proposals, quotes, contracts, client follow-ups, active deals. Auto-escalated to Urgent after 72h. | Within 7 days |
| Journal | 📰 | Information & monitoring. Newsletters, bulletins, digests, market summaries, industry news, promotions. | None — read at your pace |
| Office | 🏢 | Transactional & administrative. Receipts, invoices, confirmations, system notifications, account verifications. | None — admin filing |
Manual Action Cards
| Card | Icon | Description |
|---|
| Reply Later | ⏰ | Emails you marked for later reply. |
| Set Aside | 📌 | Emails kept handy without reply needed. |
| Clips | ✂️ | Saved email excerpts for quick reference. |
| Snooze | 😴 | Emails postponed to a future date/time. |
Dynamic Filter Cards
| Card | Icon | Description |
|---|
| Conversations | 💬 | Threads with 2+ messages — real human exchanges. |
| Awaiting | ⏱️ | Sent emails without reply. State machine: A (waiting) → B (follow-up 24h) → C (URGENT escalation 48h). |
| Spam | 🚫 | Unwanted emails, phishing, scams. |
| Trash | 🗑️ | Deleted emails. Auto-purged after 96 hours. |
Temporal Intelligence
WEBA detects deadline dates in email bodies and auto-adjusts priority:
| Detected Situation | Classification |
|---|
| Deadline today or tomorrow | → URGENT |
| Deadline in 2-3 days | → IMPORTANT (auto-escalation at D-1) |
| Deadline in 4-14 days | → IMPORTANT |
| No date + urgent tone | → URGENT or IMPORTANT |
Auto-Escalation
- IMPORTANT with no activity > 72h → Auto-escalated to URGENT
- Awaiting stage B (follow-up sent, still no reply after 24h) → Escalated to URGENT
Learning (6E Loop)
WEBA learns from your corrections. Each time you reclassify an email, WEBA adapts future classification for your organization.
Classification Engine — Hybrid Architecture (v2, June 2026)
WEBA classification relies on a 3-layer hybrid engine combining deterministic rules and artificial intelligence:
Layer 1 — Deterministic Rules (fast, no AI cost)
Before invoking the LLM, WEBA applies 60+ rules based on:
| Signal Analyzed | Examples | Result |
|---|
| Sender domain | noreply@, billing@, receipt@, @stripe.com, @paypal.com | → OFFICE |
| Sender domain | newsletter@, marketing@, digest@, @mailchimp.com, @substack.com | → JOURNAL |
| Subject line | "Invoice", "Receipt", "Order confirmation" | → OFFICE |
| Subject line | "Newsletter", "Weekly digest", "Daily summary" | → JOURNAL |
| Email headers | List-Unsubscribe, Precedence: bulk | → JOURNAL |
| Government domain | @revenuquebec.ca, @cra-arc.gc.ca, @courts.gov | → IMPORTANT minimum |
💡 Deterministic rules are trilingual (FR/EN/ES) — an email in Spanish is processed with the same accuracy as one in French.
Layer 2 — LLM Classification (contextual AI)
If deterministic rules are inconclusive, WEBA invokes the AI with an enriched prompt containing:
- Exact definitions of the 5 categories with concrete examples
- Trilingual keywords per category (60+ terms)
- Advanced rules (tone, attachments, sender domain, etc.)
- Existing context of the thread (if applicable)
| Parameter | Value |
|---|
| Temperature | 0.15 (highly deterministic) |
| Max tokens | 700 (real-time) / 800 (migration) |
| Minimum confidence | Score returned by the LLM (0.0 to 1.0) |
Layer 3 — Post-processing and Validation
After the LLM response, WEBA applies final checks:
- SPAM detection: If
isSpam = true, the email is classified as SPAM regardless of category
- Confidence validation: If score < 0.5, the email goes to NONE for manual sorting
- Auto-escalation: IMPORTANT with no activity > 72h → URGENT
Advanced Engine Rules
| # | Rule | Behavior |
|---|
| 1 | Tone | A frustrated/irritated client tone → URGENT even without the word "urgent" |
| 2 | Attachments | Attachment named "final_notice.pdf" or "mise_en_demeure.pdf" → URGENT |
| 3 | Sender domain | Government, courts, regulators → IMPORTANT minimum |
| 4 | TO vs CC | Recipient in TO = higher priority than CC |
| 5 | Language | Auto-detection FR/EN/ES, analysis in native language |
| 6 | Business context | Analyzes INTENT, not just keywords |
| 7 | Doubt | When in doubt between 2 categories → choose the higher priority |
| 8 | Temporal intelligence | Deadline today → URGENT, in 2-14 days → IMPORTANT |
| 9 | Security | Phishing/fraud suspicion → SPAM immediately |
Intelligent Context Notes (v2, June 2026)
Each thread receives an intelligent context note auto-generated by WEBA. This note serves as "working memory" to instantly understand a thread without re-reading all messages.
| Dimension | Description | Example |
|---|
| WHO | Parties involved, roles, relationships | "Marie Dupont (accountant at ABC Inc.) and you" |
| WHAT | Main subject, deal, request | "Negotiation of the 2026 annual service contract" |
| WHERE | Current status, progression | "Quote sent, awaiting counter-proposal" |
| WHEN | Next deadline, key dates | "Signature expected before July 15, 2026" |
Behavior
- New emails: WEBA creates the initial context automatically
- Follow-up emails: The context is updated with new information (not rewritten)
- Length: Maximum 800 characters — concise and actionable
- Migration: Context notes are also generated for imported emails (in batches of 25 threads)
Context Note Example
WHO: Elvis Presley (Marketing Director, Memphis Records) and you.
WHAT: Partnership proposal for the fall 2026 advertising campaign.
WHERE: Revised quote sent on June 3. Elvis requested a 15% discount. You counter-proposed 10%.
WHEN: Response expected by June 12. Campaign launch planned for September 1.
💡 Context notes are visible in the thread detail view, below the sender information.
