Models & Templates
GoWeBa templates are reusable models to speed up the creation of documents, emails, contracts, and other recurring content.
Template Types

Email Templates
Email templates save time by pre-writing common responses.
Creating an Email Template
- Open the Webabox and click Compose
- Write your email as usual
- Click the Save as template icon (💾)
- Name the template (e.g., "Info request reply", "Appointment confirmation")
- The template is now available to the entire organization
Using an Email Template
- Open the Webabox and click Compose
- Click Templates in the toolbar
- Select the desired template
- The content is inserted — customize it if needed
- Send the email

Contract Templates
GoWeBa includes pre-filled contract templates for the real estate sector and professional services.

Using a Contract Template
- Go to Contracts from the sidebar
- Click + New Contract
- Select From a template
- Choose the desired template
- The contract is pre-filled — complete the specific details
- Add signatories
- Send for electronic signature
💡 You can also ask WEBA to create a contract from a template: "Create a purchase offer for Marie Tremblay, 123 rue Saint-Laurent."
Invoice Templates
Invoice templates let you quickly create recurring invoices with the same product/service line items.
- Create an invoice as usual with all the elements
- Before sending, click Save as template
- The template is reusable for future invoices of the same type

Q: Are templates shared among organization members? A: Yes. All created templates are accessible to all members of the organization.
Q: Can I edit an existing template? A: Yes. Templates can be edited or deleted at any time.
