Terms of Service

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoWeBa platform ("the Service"), operated by GoWeBa Inc. ("GoWeBa", "we").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

GoWeBa is an all-in-one CRM platform that provides:

Contact and customer relationship management
Unified communication (email, SMS, phone, voicemail)
Artificial intelligence assistant (WEBA)
Sales pipeline and automations
Billing and payments
And other features described in our documentation

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and PIN
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

3.2 Organizations

Each user receives an automatic Personal Workspace
Business organizations are managed by their administrators
Administrators are responsible for the members of their organization

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for illegal purposes
Send spam or unsolicited communications
Attempt to compromise the security of the Service
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Store illegal content or content that infringes on the rights of others

5. Intellectual Property

GoWeBa owns all intellectual property rights to the Service, including source code, design, trademarks, and original content.

Your data belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership rights over the content you create or import into the Service.

6. Plans and Payments

Plans and pricing are available on our website
Payments are securely processed by Stripe
Fees are charged according to the selected plan
You may cancel your subscription at any time

7. Limitation of Liability

GoWeBa is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Service will be free of errors or interruptions. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid during the last 12 months.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then deleted

9. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada.
